Day 12
Day 12
Today has been pretty busy, a trip to Brisbane to a couple of Farmer's Markets.
We visited a new one at Kedron Park, and also the West End Market.
I found some great, nicely ripened Organic Navels, Cappi had Lychees, blushed Green Grapes and a freshly pressed Sugar Cane Juice.
In the afternoon we went to a Birthday Party.
The host had very kindly laid on some lovely fruit for Cappi: Fresh Figs, Strawberries, Grapes and Watermelon.
Then when the other children shared the Birthday Cake, she brought out a special Fresh Fruit Cake, that she had made just for Cappi.
This thoughtfulness and kindness really touched me. I do appreciate when someone goes out of their way to cater for us
Breakfast—the juice of 6 Organic Oranges from the Farmers market, juiced in my mouth
Lunch—The juice of 6 Mandarins, juiced in my mouth.
Tea—the juice of 5 Organic Navels, juiced in the Breville Juicer.

Anne, I just read this blog in its entirety. Thank you! When you say you juiced the oranges in your mouth, do you mean you spit out the pulp? Do you think you get more juice and waste less of the orange, or is it just simpler?
Thanks!

Dear Connie ♥,
Thank you for your comment.
Sorry for the delay in resonding.
Yes, I either spit out the pulp or I suck just the juice out from a hole I bite in each individual segment.
It is a simple way to juice if I am out.
And also I get to taste the individual flavour of each Orange.
