I decided to make a short Youtube video today, as I did not have any photos of me on my journey. So I thought it might be useful to record how I looked (on camera anyhow) on an extended Orange Juice Diet. I used a Sanyo Xacti HD2000 camcorder.
Thank you for watching ♥
Yesterday, I got a groovy gift, a beautiful Amco orange enamelled hand orange squeezer. It works a treat ♥
It gets lots of juice out of each Orange, and at the same time is a great exercise for the hand and wrist!
The Oranges continue to be blissful.
I love puting them outside to let the rays gently sun-warm them, it seems to 'juice them up' even more.
I am also really enjoying doing my usual workout; my body flows well with it and there is a lovely ease.
I feel very loose and relaxed in my joints.
I contine to be inspired by Dick Gregory's book. I am really enjoying it as my bedtime read, and savouring each chapter.

Wishing you a very Happy and Fruitful day.

Amazing! I want orange juice too - but I'm a bit scared for my teeth... Ripe, organic really makes a difference for acidity?

P.S. Where DO you get that awesome old-school fruit art? All those ladies from the 50's look awesome on those fruit posters!
Dear Tina ♥
Thank you for your comment ♥
Even fully ripe Oranges still have an acidic ph, so if you have any issues with your teeth, then they may not be, in my opinion, the optimal fruit to eat a lot of or to mono on.
Certainly though, ripe citrus makes a huge difference; I find them far sweeter and they are less acidic in ph, compared to the unripe citrus.
I would also suggest rinsing the mouth afterwards with pure water and flossing the teeth.
Brush before rather than after you have the juice or Oranges, to prevent rubbing the fruit acids into your teeth.
I find much of the old fruit crate art on internet sites that sell old fruit crate labels.
Have a Wonderful Day ♥
