♥ Day 72 Mono Orange Juice ♥

Day 72 ♥
Today, I just thought that I would share some of the benefits and experiences of the past 72 days.

First of all, here are the major benefits that I have encountered on my Orange juice diet:

Softer skin

Moister skin

Improved circulation

Better condition of veins

Skin is less likely to bruise

Increased range of movement in joints

Increased general flexibility in muscles
Muscles feel 'freer' and looser

I feel more agile

Reducing of fine lines and improvement in general skin condition, notwithstanding, and taking into account episodes of elimination through the skin

Improved sense of smell

Increased lung capacity, more freedom in muscles associated with breathing

The need for less sleep

Better sleep, very deep and satisfying; awesome dreams

Better adaptation to hot Aussie Summer

Increased endurance, except for the few days during the Orange juice diet when I felt a need to rest due to elimination

Faster than usual healing of cuts

And here are some of my experiences during the 72 days:

Smells and sensations of past toxins, including smelling cigarettes and marijuana, despite never taking these substances personally and just being a 'passive' smoker.

Also, having a smell/taste sensation of coffee, despite not drinking coffee for the last 23 years.

Increased incidences of synchronicity

Feeling very much in flow and in tune with the universe

Finding I have more time and energy for other elements of living due to needing less sleep.

Finding less energy is used for thinking about food, so more energy freed up for other aspects of life.

Sweating less; I almost stopped sweating altogether in 1995 on my 52 day Orange juice diet, this has not happened to me this time, but I feel bettter adapted to the heat and am sweating less.
So I am very appreciative of this amazing Orange Juice Experience, and I feel very blessed to have been able to carry it out and to have been favoured with many benefits and adventures along the way.
Fruity Fare ♥
Morning—9 Organic Valencias, juiced with a spoon, and 3 juiced in my mouth
Midday—700mls/23.7oz Organic Valencia juice, using Amco hand-squeezer, 3 Valencias, juiced im mouth
Afternoon—14 Organic Valencias, juiced with a spoon.
Fruitful Exercise ♥
40 minutes workout
20 minutes dancing.

So cool and interesting to read of your benefits/changes! You would think your skin would be about as soft & moist as it could be after all this time on a fruit diet--it's amazing we can continue to get healthier and healthier always.
