♥ Day 38 Mono Orange Juice ♥

Day 38 ♥

I had a great day today; Cappi and I went to the Northey Streets Organic Market in central Brisbane.
There was some doubt if we would make the market, which finished at 10.30am, because firstly I chose the slow train, rather than the express. I guess all our decisions are really the 'right' decisions but sometimes they give us a roundabout way to get there!
Then there were some young people on the slow train causing some issues. It is sad to see young people really out of it on drugs and alcohol, they have so much potential in their young bodies.
So the train was delayed while the Queensland police rushed up to the side of the train sirens blaring. All rather dramatic really for a couple of young people stuggling with life.

So we finally got to the market, lots of fast walking from the nearest railway station. Cappi was ace, kept up with me and did not complain once about the pace at which we were travelling the streets of Brisbane.
It was just before 10am when we arrived and most of the stalls had sold out. But with Orange luck there was a stall still selling fresh squeezed Organic Valencia juice. They were also selling whole Valencias, and I got the pick of all the teeny tiny small ones (that I just love—they are little balls of concentrated sunlight sweetness). These little ones are not only cheaper but tastier, but no one else seems to have that figured just yet!
Cappi had some Organic Bananas, it is just so good that everything in this market is Organic, and some Organic dried Mango.

So after our Orange juices, we went to take a look at the nursery, situated in the community city farm, next to the market.
It is a community farm/nursery, and it has the nicest feel to it; green and peaceful, and earthy and alive.

And joy of joys, they had Peanut Butter Fruit trees for sale !

So we came home not only with two bags of wonderful Organic Oranges but a Peanut Butter Fruit tree (Bunchosia argentia).
So all in all a rather grand day ♥.

What I am finding is very much that when the Oranges are of wonderful quality, I desire no other fruit.
But when they have been less than optimal, I have fancied the smells of other fruit.
Quality is just so important ♥

Fruity Fare ♥
Morning— 500mls x2 of fresh squeezed Organic Valencia juice from the market.
That is the most juice I have had at one time on this juice diet. It was very good!
Afternoon— 10 teeny-weeny gorgeous little Valencias, juiced in my mouth

Fruitful Exercise ♥
40 minutes workout
1 and a half hours fast walking.
