Today is day 6 I am still feeling energetic, I had a low energy few hours on the third day, but since then I have felt good energywise.
I am stocked up with Biodynamic Oranges, about 16kg (35.2lbs) so I have good food for my journey.
I am having great sleep, so peaceful.
Yesterday I had at about 11am 10 Valencias, juiced in mouth. And about 2pm I had 8 Valencias, juiced in mouth.
Exercise was a 40 min workout in the morning and a 30 min fast walk.
And I got about half an hour sunbathing.
