Day 7 Mono Orange Juice.
Stocked up on more biodynamic Valencias, it is lovely to have such a lot of beautifully coloured citrus in the house.
I had, AM—10 biodynamic Valencias juiced in the mouth and PM was ditto.
Sunbathing, got in half-a-glorious-hour of rays.
Exercise: 40 mins fast walking, 40 mins workout.
I am loving this time. I sleep like a baby, sleep that is full of magical dreams ♥
